How to export from each AI

ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data. You'll get an email with a ZIP. Upload the ZIP as-is.
Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data. Upload the ZIP or the conversations file inside it.
Gemini: Google Takeout → select My Activity → Gemini Apps. Upload the ZIP.
Grok, DeepSeek, Copilot, Perplexity, Le Chat, others: Use the app's data export if it has one and upload the file, or use the Bridge Prompt. MaiBN reads any JSON, HTML, Markdown or text export.

Menus change from time to time. If you can’t find export, the Bridge Prompt always works.

Safe static intake

MaiBN never executes imported ZIP code during intake. Secret-like files such as .env, credentials and private keys are excluded. A repo URL alone is recorded as a reference until repository contents are actually available.

MaiBN converts imported material into business memory and decision context. Remove sensitive personal information before importing. Secret values should never be placed in chats or archives.
